Registration Policy

We run an ongoing and live registration for our Recreational program, meaning if there is space in a class you can register and begin immediately!  When registering mid-month, your first month's fee will be prorated to reflect the remaining classes. All monthly fees are calculated based off receiving 4 classes each month.

Health & Safety

At KG, we care about the well-being and safety of our community. We need your help in keeping our athletes and families healthy! Please allow us to provide some health and safety tips and should you notice any health or safety concerns in the gym, please speak with a KG staff member and we will promptly address the issue. 

Please note Kawartha Gymnastics has zero tolerance for the use or possession of any substances on our property. This includes nicotine devices, alcohol, marijuana and any illegal substances. Please refrain from consuming or bringing these substances onto our property. Failure to follow this policy could result in termination of membership. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping Kawartha Gymnastics a safe environment for our athletes.

Feedback Process: KG members, including participants, customers, parents, donors, or other members of the public are encouraged to bring forward feedback, concerns or complaints, and to make suggestions on ways to improve programs or services and their Kawartha Gymnastics experience.
